Today was Snowing in South Lake Tahoe.
Here's a shot of the Bijou Golf Course when it's snowing in South Lake Tahoe.
The visibility was so bad that I couldn't even see more than 10 feet ahead of me when I was driving through this neighborhood. If the wind didn't blow the snow off the pine trees then it was fine.
Looks like it's going to be a fresh powder day tomorrow!!

Snow Conditions in South Lake Tahoe: Snow Day...We Needed it!!
We are finally getting some needed snow in Lake Tahoe. The last time we got decent snow must have been back in late December 2010. That's almost two months ago! Looks like the snow conditions in South Lake Tahoe will be going to snow through the weekend.
This weekend is a big weekend for us in South Lake Tahoe with the President's Day coming up. If you don't live here, start planning now for a weekend getaway to Tahoe. Please check with weather conditions to plan for appropriate transportation to drive in the snow. If you live here, get your skis or snowboard ready to enjoy a nice powder day.

January 2011 sale statistics compared to the previous months shows that we took a small dip in the market. Not too bad.
The total units sold in January was 40, same as December 2010 (40 units).
The total dollar value sold in January was $14,071,990, down $2,127,935 from December 2010 ($16,199,925).
The average sale price in January was $351,800, down $53,198 from December 2010 ($404,998).
The amount of REO's sold in January was 7, down 10 from December 2010 (17).
The amount of short sale sold in January was 10, up 4 from December 2010 (6).
