Current median sale prices like it's 2003 in South Lake Tahoe

I went back to look at the market analysis for the past decade, and it looks like we're going back to 2003 prices.  This should be great news to buyers, but not so great for sellers if they bought houses in the height of 2006.  Sale statistics for February 2010 median prices went down 35% from February 2006.  This is in line with all the distressed sales we're seeing.
