South Lake Tahoe Area Market Trends for December 2010

People have asked us which areas sell better than others in South Lake Tahoe.  We always like to use stats to answer this question.  (Stats are from the South Lake Tahoe MLS).

The chart below shows us the South Lake Tahoe area market trends for December 2010.  (See chart below)

The highest sale price homes are in:

• Tahoe Keys area has the highest sale price of $1,600,000   
• Montgomery Estates area is second with $800,000
• Country Club Estates area comes in third with $710,000

The highest average sale price homes are in:

• Tahoe Keys area has the highest average sale price of $812,500
• Country Club Estates area is second with $542,667
• Montgomery Estates area comes in third with $513,500
